1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using verthub.app (the "Site") operated by VERTLABS LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Description of Service

VertHub provides a web application where users can plan ski trips.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use a valid email address that you own
  • Not attempt to create multiple accounts to gain multiple free trial periods
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise noted, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VERTLABS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademark Disclaimer:

All ski pass names, including but not limited to Epic Pass®, Ikon Pass®, and Indy Pass®, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. VertHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any ski pass organizations, resort companies, or their parent companies. All pass names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes only.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

No Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

Product Development

  • Features described on the Site are planned but not guaranteed
  • Launch dates are estimates and subject to change
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the planned app at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERTLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of $0 or the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VERTLABS LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VERTLABS LLC regarding the use of the Site.
