VERTLABS LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates verthub.app (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our Site and sign up for early access to our ski trip planning application.

  • Email Address: When you save a plan, sign up, or request early access
  • Mountain Preferences: If you choose to tell us which ski resorts you frequent (feature coming soon)

  • Visit Information: We use a cookie to recognize return visitors for up to 90 days
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/state level) derived from your IP address. This location data is approximate only and is not used for tracking beyond general analytics
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on site, and click interactions

Page counts without cookies

Advertising (Google Ads)

We advertise VertHub with Google Ads. If you click "Accept" on the cookie notice, your browser loads Google's advertising tag, which lets Google set advertising cookies and tells us when a visit that started from one of our ads leads to saving a plan, so we can see which ads work. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. Nothing loads before you accept, and nothing loads if you reject. To opt out later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and choose "Reject" on the notice. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

Data Retention

  • Email Addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Analytics Data: Automatically deleted after 1 year
  • Visitor Cookies: Expire after 90 days
